三國屋の歴史

三國屋は広島に本店をかまえる海苔専門店です。
昭和20年代までは広島湾で採れる海苔を原料としていましたが、戦後、海苔漁場が埋め立られたため、今では全国から海苔を仕入れ加工販売しています。

Mikuniya specializes in NORI and has the head office in Hiroshima. At the beginning of the establishment in the Edo period, laver was harvested in Hiroshima bay as our main ingredient. However, the fishing ground was reclaimed after the war, we sell the processing NORI that is purchased from all over the country.

三國屋の海苔づくり

焼海苔、味付海苔、ばら干し海苔、海苔佃煮の4種類約20銘柄を扱う三國屋。いずれも自社仕入、自社生産です。全国の海苔産地から海苔原料を厳選して仕入れ、銘柄ごとの味や香りに仕立てます。
どの商品も“美しい色艶と上品な甘み、口の中でほどけていく食感” を味わえます。

Making seaweed from Mikuniya Mikuniya handles about 20 brands of 4 types: yakinori (toasted nori), aji nori (flavored nori), dried nori, and tsukudan nori. All are purchased in-house and manufactured in-house. We carefully select and purchase nori ingredients from seaweed producing areas nationwide, and tailor them draw out the best taste and aroma for each sheet of nori. You can enjoy the beautiful color and luster, deep flavors, and a texture that melts in your mouth"

自らが産地に赴き選び抜いた海苔をそれぞれの海苔質にあった焼き加減で丁寧に焼き上げた焼海苔。
瀬戸内産干し海老など厳選素材を煮込んだ秘伝の「だし」を使った味海苔。

Choosing the very best from each production area, and toasting it to the right degree to produce the finest yakinori. Ajinori using dashi derived from setouchi dried shrimp and other high quality ingredients produced in Japan. We pride ourselves in committing to using the highest quality ingredients to create the hgihest quality nori that is the perfect gift for a loved one.
